3. User Accounts

3.2 Account Eligibility

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Pro plan is a one-time payment for 10,000 queries
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have used less than 10% of your purchased queries
• There is a technical issue preventing use of the Service
• You contact us at contact@rowrefine.com

4.4 Query Usage

Free accounts receive 100 queries. Pro accounts receive 10,000 queries. Queries do not expire but are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our Service
• Overload or interfere with our infrastructure

6. Your Data and Content

6.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your database credentials
• The accuracy and legality of your data
• Backing up your data
• Compliance with data protection laws

6.2 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or process through our Service.

6.3 License to Use

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results will be accurate or reliable

8.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated queries may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RowRefine.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RowRefine.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
